India Thrash Bangladesh by 26 Runs in Asia Cup Clash


India secured a convincing 26-run victory over Bangladesh in the Asia Cup 2025 at Hydrabad. Batting first, India posted 114/9 in 10 overs, with Abhishek Sharma (34 off 18) and KL Rahul (21 off 17) making key contributions. Afif Hossain shone with 2/12 for Bangladesh. In reply, Bangladesh faltered against disciplined Indian bowling, collapsing for just 88 in 9.2 overs. Arshdeep Singh (3/19), Ravichandran Ashwin (2/30), and Mohammed Shami (2/16) led the attack, sealing a strong win for India despite Afif’s all-round effort of 35 off 18.
