Bangladesh opener Parvez Hossain Emon produced a sensational batting display against Afghanistan, scoring the first fifty of his T10 career in only 11 balls. Emon attacked the Afghan bowlers from the very first over, smashing boundaries all around the ground with fearless strokeplay.
He eventually scored 56 runs from just 17 deliveries, including six fours and five massive sixes at an incredible strike rate above 329. His explosive innings gave Bangladesh the perfect start and laid the foundation for their huge total of 178 runs. Emon’s breathtaking knock became one of the fastest and most memorable maiden fifties in Bangladesh’s T10 history.
