Sri Lanka struggled with the bat, managing only 79/9 in their 10 overs. Kusal Mendis (15 off 7) was the only batter to show some fight, while West Indies’ bowlers, led by Obed McCoy (3/18) and Kyle Mayers (2/8), dismantled the batting lineup with accuracy and pace.
Chasing 80, West Indies dominated from the start. Nicholas Pooran starred with an unbeaten 37 off 18 balls, well supported by Rovman Powell (14) and Shimron Hetmyer (5*), ensuring the chase was completed in just 7.1 overs with seven wickets in hand.
With this emphatic win, West Indies sealed the three-match series 2-1.
