Walking in after an early collapse, Saif counterattacked fearlessly, clearing the ropes eight times on his way to 53 off 20 deliveries. His explosive knock lifted Bangladesh from a precarious position and gave the visitors a competitive total of 129. Although Bangladesh eventually suffered defeat, Saif’s maiden T10 fifty stood out as the biggest positive from the match and announced his arrival as a dangerous middle-order power-hitter.
